Vocational Synthesis

The Vocational Synthesis Stage is a time of integration and transition.  

After his ordination to the diaconate – at a time determined by the bishop – the Seminary assists the diocese in providing the start of ongoing formation in the parish.

The Vocational Synthesis Stage will help a man master the theological and pastoral syntheses of the Configuration stage, and put them into action as a man of discernment and initiative. Quite simply, he can work hard and be with people.

The Vocational Synthesis stage will also immerse a man in his home diocese with a view to his being easily assignable: ready for confident leadership in any pastoral landscape.
